Buenro’s journey began in 2018, sparked by our founder’s realization while experiencing coliving in Silicon Valley: it enables more genuine, kind, human connections. When like-minded people live under the same roof, they let down their guard and find it easier to make friends, find new business partners, and trust others. Driven by a belief that social networks should be designed to bring people back together in real life, Paula set out on a quest to make the world a less lonely place.
And so, Buenro was born: a platform that fosters the kind of genuine connections that last a lifetime. Using the power of technology for good: to match the right people together in shared spaces, at scale.

At Buenro, we're all about doing what we love. That's why we're remote first and offer plenty of flexibility to our team.
We're spread across 8 different timezones, spanning a whopping 13 hours! But don't worry, remote work is essential to the nature of Buenro. We like to take things to the next level by working asynchronously.
